The resistance is also to be considered and this is the second effect, which means the body has no adaptation on the demand of the environment and it is depleted gradually. The final stage is the exhaustion. This includes all body is already depleted and do not function normally. The immune system of the body becomes exhausted and the body functions are impaired. This may result to an illness like ulcer, diabetes, depression and cardiovascular illness. Diagnose first the illness that arises from stress by seeking medical help. Help yourself by proper exercise, by improving your diet, have a free time for yourself to relax and unwind on busy days. This can improve your life and knowing the effects of this can harm yourself.
